I have had an Immich instance at home for a while and it works really well. I have just got into the sharing options and more so after having issues with gallery plugins on this website (there ahem isn’t a gallery right now because, well it stopped working!). Immich is more about backups and your own pictures but it does include a sharing option and I will link below to my current share and it also generates a QR code for you aswell!
